This week I'm moving my studio (and home, lock-stock-and-barrel!), to a fantastic light-filled loft apartment in the developing arts district of my historic hometown, Chillicothe, Ohio.
That's my son sitting on the sofa (at an angle similar to the one I'm painting him and his bass in!), and below is the view from the sofa of the space I'll be using as my studio.
The living area is so spacious, we can both be doing our own thing in the same area and share the view out the big bay window.
"Look at a day when you are
supremely satisfied at the end.
It's not a day when you lounge
around doing nothing;
its when you had everything to do,
and you've done it."

I really like your work. I would love to get involved in the arts community. I am moving to Chillicothe in a few weeks. Do you know if any other lofts are available?
